1. Operator

The Cigario app is operated by:

2. Age Restriction

The Cigario app is intended only for individuals aged 18 and older. Tobacco products are harmful to health, and advertising or promotion of tobacco products is restricted by law in the Czech Republic.

By registering for the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that a user does not meet this age requirement, we may immediately terminate the account.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the full functionality of the app. Users are required to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Protect their login credentials from misuse
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to their account
• Not create more than one account

Each user chooses a unique display name, which must not duplicate another existing account.

4. Content Rules

Users agree not to share content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Is offensive, hateful, harassing, or abusive
• Violates third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks
• Contains spam or advertising without the operator's consent
• Promotes illegal activity
• Is directed at individuals under the age of 18

The operator reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. User-Generated Content

Content you create in the app, including records, photos, and comments, remains your property. By publishing content in the app, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users within the app's functionality.

Public content may be visible to other registered users. Private content is accessible only to you.

6. License to Use the App

The operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Cigario app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer the app
• Use the app for automated data collection
• Use the app in a way that could harm the operator or other users

7. Service Availability

The operator aims to keep the app continuously available but does not guarantee 100% availability. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside the operator's control.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". The operator is not liable for:

• Data loss caused by a technical error
• Content created by other users
• Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app
• The accuracy of information entered by users

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete my account. After deletion, all related data is permanently removed.

The operator may terminate an account that repeatedly or seriously violates these Terms, without compensation.

10. Changes to the Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes through the app. Continued use of the app after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
