How do I create an account?

Download Cigario from the App Store and choose Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. Registration is quick and free.

Is the app free?

Yes, the core Cigario experience is free to use.

How old do I need to be to use the app?

Cigario is intended only for individuals aged 18 and older. Tobacco products are harmful to health.

How can I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account. After confirmation, your related data is permanently removed within 30 days. You may also contact us by email at cigarioapp@gmail.com.

How can I change my username?

Go to Profile → Settings → Edit name. Your name must be unique, and the app will automatically check availability.

Why does the app request location access?

Location access is used for the cigar-friendly places map. Location access is optional, and the rest of the app works normally without it.

Why does the app request camera and photo access?

Camera and photo library access are used to add photos to cigar records or profile pictures. Photos are stored securely on protected servers.

How do I report inappropriate content or a user?

Email us at cigarioapp@gmail.com with a description of the issue. We review every report within 48 hours.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union and protected with encryption. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

How can I get a copy of my data?

Contact us at cigarioapp@gmail.com, and we will provide a JSON export of your data within 30 days.
